Our Discreet Service Guarantee
We do everything we can to ensure that our customers are treated with complete discretion when purchasing products from Planet Earth Logistics.
All packaging is completely discreet
Depending on your selected delivery method your goods will arrive in either a Royal Mail Special Delivery silver bag or a plain brown parcel padded envelope with NO description about the package's contents. (shown below)
 
Our Delivery Program works to provide you with:
- Shipping Options depending on your location and Delivery requirements
- Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £100
- Timed Delivery Service (TDS) is our new postal option that lets you choose the day you want to receive your order *
- Email contact so that you always know where your order is within our Despatch Sytem
- Your unique Delivery code emailed to you when your order is shipped, with details of how you can track its location
- Always a signed for service, ensuring your order is delivered into your hands or taken to the post office where you can go to sign
- Descreet Packaging, order in confidence and receive in confidence
- Customer Service staff on hand to deal with any enquiry, both pre and post order
And within the UK our first class service is available with:
- Standard Delivery within the UK usually takes 3-7 days and costs £3.95 (orders over £100 are FREE delivery). As we offer a mail order service, at busy times Standard Deliveries can sometimes take longer (up to 28 days) and we recommend that if you require your delivery urgently you opt for the Special Guaranteed Delivery Service.
- Special Delivery within the UK gets your package to you either on the next day or the day after (depending on delivery time) and costs £7.90. All Special Delivery orders made before 12noon are despatched on the same day and delivered to you on the following day. Orders made after 12noon are despatched next day and you will receive within 48 hours. TDS is available with this service, so that you can name your delivery date, ideal for people who want to be at home when their package arrives.
If you are outside the UK you can choose:**
- Standard Delivery outside the UK usually takes 7-14 days and costs £5.95. As we offer a mail order service, at busy times Standard Deliveries can sometimes take longer (up to 28 days) and we recommend that if you require your delivery urgently you opt for the Special Guaranteed Delivery Service.
- Special Delivery outside the UK usually takes 2-7 days and costs £11.90. All Special Delivery orders made before 12noon are despatched on the same day. Orders made after 12noon are despatched next day.
You will need to sign for your package when it arrives

**We always give our International Customers a priority service due to the longer delivery times but please be aware that our packages are passed to your local postal service for delivery to your home, and delivery times may vary.
