How The Jes Extender Cylinder Top screw Works?
This spare part is a direct replacement for the existing Jes Extender part. Just unscrew the Cylinder Screw from the Cylinder (part #161 or #165), being careful not to allow the spring to come free from the Cylinder chamber. Once fixed, attach extension rods as needed.
Key Benefits of the Jes Extender Cylinder Top screw
Helps to maintain an even stretching force across the penis. Without the Cylinder screw you cannot attach extension rods nor can you benefit from the spring-loaded stretching forces given to you by the Jes Extender.
