About The Jes Extender Left Hand Screw
The role of the Left Hand Screw is to join the Jes' rods with the Basal Ring. This gives the Jes Extender a solid feel and helps prevent the device from coming free. A faulty or damaged Left Hand Screw can cause you to break or to lose other parts of the Jes Extender and will dramatically reduce the results you can obtain from wearing the Jes Extender.
Make sure to use your Jes Extender box when storing your Jes. These screws are rather delicate and I bent my original ones quite easily. Fantastic quality replacement. Easy to fix.

How The Jes Extender Left Hand Screw Works
The Left Hand Screw is perhaps one of the easiest Jes Extender parts to replace. Simply unscrew it from the Basal Ring Bolt (part #163) then unscrew it from the Hex Piston (part #175).
